CEO, K1 Investment Management

Mr. Malik is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of K1 Investment Management and responsible for managing the firm’s strategy, governance and investment activities. He is actively involved in the professional development of the team and portfolio executives.

Mr. Malik is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, where he received an MBA, and of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and a BAS from the school of Engineering and Applied Sciences, magna cum laude.

Mr. Malik has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement (JA) of Southern California and is an alumnus and board member of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is active with numerous philanthropic groups including The Giving Spirit.
