ORDER PROCESSING:
Domestic orders placed after 12:00 pm EST are processed the next business day. Overseas orders may take an additional day to process. If you need additional information about our order processing schedule, please send an email to donna@scalingup.com.

IMPORT FEES:
International orders, including Canada and Mexico, may incur import fees charged by the Receiver’s country, and are the responsibility of the Receiver.

HOLIDAY CLOSINGS:
SEE FULL FEDERAL HOLIDAY CALENDAR HERE. In addition to the US Federal holidays on the list, book orders will NOT be processed on the Friday after Thanksgiving or from Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) through New Year’s Day (Jan. 01). Orders received during any of these holiday periods are typically processed on the next business day.
