Scaling Up Executive Education Program is a 12-month accelerated program combining decades of hands-on experience, the latest tested and trusted cutting-edge management tools, and individual 1-on-1 support. Your team will be equipped with the skills, the discipline, and the entrepreneurial passion to grow as fast as possible.

The program includes a total of 7.5 days of off-site education with experts in strategy, leadership, and organizational development, supplemented with the Scaling Up – Online Executive Education.

These online lessons are accessible from the convenience of computers, laptops or mobile devices. Following the conclusion of the program, CEOs are invited to Harvard University for two days of reflection on the previous years lessons and scaling victories.
