Book Recommendations

The books we return to, summarised and applied - what is worth your time, and what to do once you have read it.

The ideas worth your time, and how to use them

There is no shortage of business books. There is a serious shortage of time to read them and, more importantly, of guidance on which ideas survive contact with a real company.

This topic collects the books we recommend most often to leadership teams, along with honest summaries of what each one gets right, where it falls short, and which situations it genuinely helps with. Some are classics worth the full read. Some have one excellent chapter and a lot of padding.

Each recommendation includes the core argument, the practical tools you can lift from it, and suggestions for how to run it as a leadership team read so the ideas turn into decisions rather than notes nobody revisits.
